Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase and delivering them to you.

Payment methods accepted are bank deposit, paypal and all major credit cards including Apple Pay.
From time to time there may be information on our Web Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Zeally reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
At ZEALLY we strive to achieve the highest level of customer service. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the undamaged item within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price.
Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for a refund, but can be exchanged for a like for like item.
Items must be returned in new condition, to ensure full credit.
You can expect a refund within 14 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
1) All products must be returned in the same condition it was received.
2) Enclose your order number, customer name, and address with the item.
3) All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. For your protection, we recommend that you use Express Post or Registered Mail.
